Caroline Hall received her PhD in Economics from Uppsala University in 2010. Since then she has been a researcher at the IFAU. She is also a research fellow at the Uppsala Center for Labor Studies (UCLS). Her research interests include social insurance and the labor market, economics of education and evaluation of labor market policies. Her former name was Caroline Runeson.
