Oskar Nordström Skans is responsible for IFAU’s research on the functioning of the labor market. He is also a professor at Uppsala University and a member of the Swedish Fiscal Policy Council. He previously worked for the Ministry of Finance as responsible for a commission reviewing Swedish labor market policies. His research concerns e.g. labor market networks, wage setting, and program evaluation. His research features in journals such as the American Economic Review, Review of Economic Studies and Journal of Labor Economics.
