A profession in change: a study of the career teacher reform and the state grant for teacher salary increase

The study is a survey directed to all teachers with a teacher ID in Sweden. The study aims at investigating the significance and consequences of implementing the career positions of first teachers and senior lecturers (Government Bill 2012/13:136) and the teacher salary increase (SFS 2016:100) for teachers’ professional roles, relationships among teachers, and their professional work.
