Registration for the workshop

Please register in the form below, no later than March 15. 

If you have been accepted for the poster presentation, please note that you need to bring your own poster to the workshop.

Conference Program

The program will be posted here and sent to all participants once it is ready. We expect to start at 09:30 on May 7 and finish around 16:00 on May 8.

Information about travel booking

The workshop takes place at Radisson Blu Hotel Uppsala, which is located 1 min walk from Uppsala train station.

All participants need to arrange their own travel.

Flights

The closest airport is Stockholm Arlanda airport (ARN): https://www.swedavia.com/arlanda/

Train from the airport

Trains run from the airport to Uppsala train station from 04.46 (05.46 on Saturdays and Sundays) to 00.46 every day. The main airport train station, Arlanda Central Station, is situated in Sky City between terminals 4 and 5.
The journey to Uppsala takes approximately 20 minutes and ticket prices range from SEK 120 to SEK 210. You can purchase tickets from:

• Ticket machines at the train station

N.B. Do not take the Arlanda Express from the airport. This only goes to Stockholm!

Taxi from the airport

Taxis from the airport to Uppsala can be booked in advance for a fixed price of SEK 675 SEK for a single journey plus SEK 30 airport pick-up fee. We recommend Uppsala Taxi:www.uppsalataxi.se or Call: +46 (0) 18 100 000.
